On this album mainly rhythmical and dynamic music can be found. Its motto is treatment by means of continuous training, weight lifting, cycling, gaining energy from the inner pulse of some titles as well as recollecting the close ones. There are some calm tracks good for relaxation and concentration before an activity as well as some ethereal and airy tracks. Concerning the instruments, electric guitar and drums are mostly used here.

Individual tracks:

The first track called Alibi brings beautiful mood, relaxation, and is filled with positive energy. Dynamic tracks Life in motion (2.), Hustle and bustle (9.), Tardus (14.) and Lono (11.) follow. Cup (3.) is suitable for moments spent with friends containing the inner dynamic (in rap style). I feel it (4.), Letovar (8.) and Motril (17.) are also easy going however dynamic. Dama (10.), Rumbum (19.) are suitable for walks in the countryside, vineyard or forest. Wind is playing with hair at the sunset and there are cormorants flying around, that is Furnace, the fifth track of the album. Grip (7.) or Desert (13.) create the atmosphere of bubbly calmness below water surface. The album contains two ballads, Ballada (6.) is rock and Legion (20.) is rather remembrance of both the close and distant events. Speech (12.), Adente (15.) and Holy (16.) are suitable for meditation.
